2. What we collect

When you submit the contact form or newsletter form, we collect: name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional), service of interest and your message. We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through standard server logs for security and analytics.

If you apply for a job or are engaged via our staffing services, additional data is collected under a separate candidate/employee privacy notice, always with your consent.

3. How we use your data

To respond to your enquiry, provide proposals and consultations; to deliver our services (including staffing, background verification and payroll); to send the newsletter you subscribed to; to maintain security, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Legal basis & retention

We process data based on your consent (forms, newsletter), legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, security) and contractual/legal obligations (employment, payroll, statutory filings). Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner; statutory records (payroll, verification) are retained as required by Indian law.

We share data only with vetted processors (hosting, email, CRM) under data-processing agreements, or where required by law. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, access is role-based, and background-verification reports are shared only with the authorized client contact.
